Service Description

Router One provides an LLM API gateway that includes unified routing across providers, intelligent model selection, budget management, rate limiting, and usage analytics. Our service acts as an intermediary between your applications and various LLM providers.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share API keys or allow unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including API usage and associated costs.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Router One in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use our service to generate, distribute, or facilitate harmful, illegal, or abusive content — including but not limited to: NSFW, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content; child sexual abuse material (CSAM); non-consensual deepfakes or sexualized depictions of real people; content that incites or glorifies real-world violence, terrorism, or self-harm; content used for harassment, doxxing, fraud, malware, or unauthorized access to systems. You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits, budget controls, content moderation, or other platform safeguards. Automated abuse or excessive load that degrades service for other users is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and to report illegal content to the appropriate authorities.

Fees & Payment

Router One uses prepaid wallet credits for pay-as-you-go API usage. Subscription plans are available for predictable monthly access, while wallet balance remains available for one-time plan periods and usage outside plan coverage. Subscription plans and enterprise contracts are governed by the applicable plan or written agreement. Unused base credits may be refundable within 14 days according to the Refund Policy; consumed credits, bonus credits, and payment-channel fees are not refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual Property

Router One and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Router One and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data and API request content remain your property. We claim no ownership over the content you process through our platform.

Disclaimer

Router One is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party LLM providers. We are not responsible for the output quality, content, or behavior of the underlying language models. Service availability targets are specified in your plan's SLA terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to keep before your account is terminated.
