# Router One 中国可达性事实

- 大陆可达性：网关端点在中国大陆无需 VPN 或代理即可直接访问
- OpenAI 兼容端点：https://api.router.one/v1
- Anthropic 兼容端点：https://api.router.one （该端点不带 /v1 后缀）
- 实测延迟：基于 2026-05-15 更新的中国延迟基准测试，Router One 在北京、上海、深圳的 p50 延迟为 110-130ms；实际表现会随网络和地区变化。
- 基准范围：北京、上海、深圳三地的电信、联通、移动网络，滚动 7 天采样窗口
- 基准性质：一次带日期的公开快照，不是 SLA；承诺范围见 https://router.one/zh/sla
- 国内使用 CLI 编程工具：原生支持 Claude Code（Anthropic 兼容端点）与 OpenAI Codex CLI（wire_api = "responses"），请求路径中不需要任何代理
- 桌面端与 IDE 客户端：Cursor、Chatbox、Cherry Studio 均按 OpenAI 兼容 provider 接入，使用同一个 base URL 和 Key
- 国内付款：支付宝或银行卡在同一个托管收银台完成充值，也支持 6 条链上的 USDT/USDC（Tron、BSC、以太坊、Polygon、Base、Arbitrum），无需美国信用卡。
- 发票：任何通过托管收银台（支付宝或银行卡）完成的充值都可以开票，普通的按量钱包充值同样可以；稳定币充值属于另一条通道，不在开票范围内
- 账号要求：创建 Key 与充值都不需要境外信用卡
- 地区报错：官方 API 的 403 unsupported_country_region_territory 这类地区限制不适用于网关请求，说明见 https://router.one/zh/unsupported-country-region-territory
- 数据边界：Router One 不留存直接 API 调用的 prompt 和模型回复正文，仅记录用于计费、用量统计与故障排查的请求元数据。Playground 会保存会话历史，方便用户回看和继续对话。
- 信任边界：Router One 是 LLM API 网关，不是 VPN、代理服务、翻墙工具，也不是 Agent 编排运行时
