- Payment from China: Top up with a card or Alipay through one hosted checkout, or with USDT/USDC on six chains (Tron, BSC, Ethereum, Polygon, Base, Arbitrum). No US credit card required.
- Invoices: any top-up completed through the hosted checkout (card or Alipay) can be invoiced, including plain pay-as-you-go wallet top-ups; stablecoin top-ups are a separate rail and are not invoiceable
- Account requirements: no foreign credit card is required to create a key or top up

- Data boundary: prompts and completions are not persisted; request metadata (model, tokens, cost, latency, status) is logged for billing, routing, and observability
