## Before you write

1. Refunds: email from the address on the paying account with the order ID. Refund requests are answered within 2 business days — see the [Refund Policy](https://router.one/refund).
2. Invoices: any top-up completed through the hosted checkout (card or Alipay) can be invoiced — include your account ID. Stablecoin top-ups are not invoiceable. Details in the [FAQ](https://router.one/faq).
3. Data deletion: send from the account owner address with the API key or request IDs needed to locate the records; the windows are documented under [Data retention](https://router.one/data-retention).
4. Enterprise SLA and contracts: a written SLA with service credits is available on annual contracts — see [Availability & SLA](https://router.one/sla).
5. Outages: check the [status page](https://router.one/status) first; it publishes active incidents and an hourly reachability probe.
6. Integration errors: 401 / 402 / 429 are explained in [LLM API error codes](https://router.one/llm-api-error-codes); the [docs](https://router.one/docs) cover setup for Claude Code, Codex, and OpenAI-compatible SDKs.
